RETURN & EXCHANGE

RETURN POLICY

Miss Jo is committed to customer satisfaction, and you may return an item within 3 days of receiving it. Miss Jo will refund the amount paid for the items, provided that the items are returned in the country of delivery in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition in the original Miss Jo packaging, with a specified reason for the return.

Return Process:

  1. Items can be returned within 3 days of receiving them.
  2. If the received item is damaged, inform our customer care team within 48 hours along with pictures/videos of the item.
  3. Contact our customer care team, and we will arrange a return shipment for you. Please note that returns will only be picked up from the original delivery address.
  4. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original box/packaging with our invoice.
  5. The products should be in new or unused condition without any scratches, marks, or damage.
  6. Refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account after the returned item is inspected.

 Items purchased online cannot be returned in our physical/offline stores, and vice versa.

If these requirements are not met, Miss Jo reserves the right to refuse the return request.

 

EXCHNAGE POLICY 

We do not have an exchange/replacement policy. Unwanted items can be returned according to the return policy. Please place a new online order for the correct product.
